- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This bank is just awful. My company uses this bank at the Norman location,as well as a location in the city. I really can not say enough BAD things about them. I have never had a pleasant or efficient experience here. It can take anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes, just to get a change order. Ive been given $100 to much change once and shorted or given the wrong amount several other times. Today i was told my money was counterfit,when it was accept at another bank.Maybe for personal banking,this branch is fine,but if your a business, BEWARE!!!!By Heather Tillet, July 07, 2017
